Having trained over 300 professionals in Lean Six Sigma internationally and led operational transformations across Europe, I have developed an unshakable conviction: knowledge acquires value only when it is transferred. My goal is to transmit rigorous methodologies to make Managers permanently autonomous in the control of their own processes.
Over the past twenty years, I have breathed the operational reality of the shop floor and guided executive strategies across complex and challenging sectors, from Automotive to building materials, up to Food & Beverage. My professional path has been shaped by a deep passion for the culture of Excellence: exploiting variability, optimizing flows in a PULL logic, and abandoning urgency management to start designing success in a systematic and repeatable way.
